Back to golf 1 Our BACKtoGOLF golf fitness program is a nationally recognized golf enhancement program. Its goal is to reduce injuries to the back due to faulty swing mechanics, poor conditioning, and loss of flexibility and strength.

The program features one-on-one contact with an exercise physiologist who is educated in golf swing mechanics and who is an expert in identifying musculo-skeletal problems that can lead to common faults in the golf swing.

Many of the swing faults are due to lack of strength, mobility or flexibility.

A program will be designed to improve the stabilizing muscles of the golf swing to give you more flexibility and strength for a smooth, fluid golf swing.

We work with local golf pros as well to assist you in your swing mechanics.
