Golf Fitness

Our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and BACKtoGOLF fitness programs are a nationally recognized golf enhancement program. Our goal is to reduce injuries and improve performance, conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength. With our trained certified golf fitness instructors, we help you reach those goals!

The program features one-on-one contact with an exercise physiologist or physical therapist who is educated in golf swing mechanics and who is an expert in identifying musculoskeletal problems that can lead to common faults in the golf swing.

Many of the swing faults are due to lack of strength, mobility or flexibility.

A program will be designed to improve the stabilizing muscles of the golf swing to give you more flexibility and strength for a smooth, fluid golf swing.

Golf involves a great deal of balance, flexibility, and endurance to be able to repeat your swing mechanics through 9 or 18 holes.

We are not looking to change your golf swing we work to improve your balance, posture, flexibility, and endurance that enables your golf pro to get better results with your swing mechanics.
