Personal Training
Owner Mike Edwards, who holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology, has experience working in clinical settings and has worked with diverse client populations from total hip and knee replacement and other post-rehab clients to nationally competitive athletes. We specialize in individualized exercise program design and implementation. With one-on-one attention, you'll get training that's specially tailored to your health and fitness goals. Our experts guide you so your work-outs are injury free. We've worked with clients age 8 to 92.

Post Rehab Conditioning
Our comprehensive post-rehab programs are designed to assist you with a return to optimal function following surgery or physical therapy for injury. This training is also designed to help prevent future problems..

Therapeutic Massage
Fitness Inside & Out is committed to promoting wellness through ethical therapeutic massage and bodywork. We adjust the type of massage you receive to meet your individual needs. Swedish and some deep tissue massage will promote stress relief and relaxation while neuromuscular therapy will address dysfunction of the soft tissues and help provide relief from chronic pain.

Pilates & MELT Method
Pilates is a method of exercise that elongates and strengthens muscles, improving joint mobility and muscle elasticity. Pilates can help reduce the chance of sports injuries, relieve low back pain, improve posture, and also decrease the chance of falls among seniors. The MELT method is a series of therapeutic exercise techniques that are designed to relieve chronic pain and improve posture, flexibility, and sleep patterns, while reducing stress and tension.

Our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and BACKtoGOLF fitness programs are a nationally recognized golf enhancement program. Our goal is to reduce injuries and improve performance, conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength.

Ladies in Motion & Silver Sneakers
The Ladies in Motion program at Fitness Inside & Out offers a circuit with 13 pieces of equipment in a female-only private room. We now have Silver Sneakers and Silver Fit programs available for the Ladies in Motion program.
