Our nutrition programs are designed to complement your specific exercise program and individual needs, whether you are looking to lose weight, prepare for an endurance bike race, learn about vegetarian cooking or eating for a healthy heart.

Our classes emphasize cooking with whole foods and organic ingredients.

We show you how processed foods and your current diet may be undermining your health and fitness goals. In addition, we offer training in specialized diets including anti-inflammatory diets including the specific carbohydrate diet that can impact arthritis, gastrointestinal diseases including Crohn’s & Colitis, asthma and autism. Fitness Inside & Out works with an organic co-op so you can conveniently pick up fresh, local, seasonal organic produce.

Weight Loss

We offer a wide range of dietary programs for weight loss in conjunction with your exercise program. Diets are customized to your individual needs and food preferences. Each program incorporates the principles of good nutrition, exercise and behavior modification to effect long-term, lasting changes. They differ primarily in the rate of weight reduction.
